Do buyers need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in the phone's browser.
How do buyers get the link?
You send it: in WhatsApp, SMS or email after delivery, on your order page, or as a QR code in the box.
Can a buyer send a photo instead of a video?
Yes. They choose a video of up to 60 seconds or one photo. Showing their face is optional.
What appears on my website?
Only videos and photos the buyer allowed you to show, and only after you approve them.
What if a buyer changes their mind?
They can ask you, at the contact shown on your recording page, to stop showing it or to delete it. You record it from your dashboard and act on it without delay.
Is the page in Arabic?
Yes. You choose Arabic or English for your recording page, and the dashboard works in both.
Who can use the videos and photos?
You can view them, and show them only as each buyer allowed. Galu uses them only to run your recording page and wall.
